Terms of Use

1. Service

SwapStash provides tools for organising collections, finding exchange matches, communicating and managing trades. SwapStash does not take ownership of items and is not a party to agreements between users.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13.
• If local law requires parental permission, you must obtain it.
• You must provide accurate information and protect your login credentials.
• You are responsible for activity through your account.

3. User content

You remain responsible for profile information, collection data, messages, images and other submitted content. You confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not infringe others' rights. You grant a limited licence to process it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

4. Trades and delivery

Users must check condition, authenticity, value, shipping, address and costs before confirming a trade. Unless expressly stated otherwise, SwapStash does not provide payment, escrow, insurance, authentication or delivery services. Trade and delivery risks remain with the participants.

5. Prohibited use

• fraud, impersonation or misleading items;
• harassment, threats or exploitation;
• unlawful, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous or prohibited items;
• malware or interference with the service;
• unauthorised collection of user data;
• circumventing security, reports, blocks or access controls.

6. Safety and moderation

We may review reports, restrict features, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms or comply with law. We are not required to mediate every trade dispute.

7. Intellectual property

The SwapStash name, software and original materials are protected. Third-party collection names, logos and artwork remain the property of their owners.

8. Availability

The service may change, be interrupted or end. Beta features may be incomplete. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or delivery of every match, message or notification.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as available”. U-MONT d.o.o. is not responsible for user conduct, item authenticity or value, failed trades, delivery problems or indirect losses. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account. We may restrict access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, unlawful activity or legal requirements.

11. Governing law

Slovenian law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights in the user's country of residence.
